Refund Policy

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed once payment is received. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any sessions.

Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No shows will not be refunded.

In the event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
